What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with small and mid-sized businesses across Canada, including construction and trades, real estate, healthcare, professional services, retail and e-commerce, hospitality and startups. We also serve self-employed individuals and personal tax clients.
Will I work directly with a CPA?
Yes, always. Your file is handled personally by our lead CPA. It's never passed to a junior bookkeeper or a call centre. This is the main reason clients choose ICPA over larger firms.
Do you work with clients virtually?
Yes. We're based in Toronto and serve clients across Canada. Toronto-area clients can meet in person, and everyone else works with us fully online: documents are shared through secure tools, and we meet by phone or video call.
Do you work with clients outside Ontario?
Yes. We prepare returns and look after the books for clients in every province and territory. We're based in Toronto, and clients elsewhere in Canada work with us fully online, with the same CPA and the same level of service.
How does onboarding work?
It starts with a free discovery call where we learn about your business. We then send a tailored proposal. Once you're ready, we handle the setup: organizing your records, taking over bookkeeping or starting your incorporation, with no disruption to your business.
What accounting software do you use?
We primarily use QuickBooks Online and Xero, and can work within your existing system. If you don't have accounting software yet, we'll set you up on the right platform.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is based on the size of your business and the services you need. After a short consultation, we provide a clear, transparent quote so there are no surprises.
